On time or early
We check for the number of stations and run the sprinkler system manually through each station. We determine the presence and location of sprinkler check valves, broken or damaged heads, missing coverage, and insufficient or weak coverage.
We inspect decks and docks for proper installation and safety requirements. Boatlifts are inspected for operability, safety requirements and proper structural, mechanical and electrical operability.

We offer re-inspections of repairs performed by the seller. A written report is issued after the inspection for your records and use. Additionally, we perform consultation inspections of any system(s) of a property upon request. Congratulations, you just bought a brand new home! People often think they don't need an inspection of their new home. Even new homes have defects. Most builders offer a limited warranty that covers defects caused during the construction of a new home. This warranty typically expires after twelve months.
